Pagliacci tells the story of a troupe of performers who travel from town to town to entertain the masses while navigating their own drama off the stage - love, jealousy, and betrayal - in grand Italian style. Sung in the original Italian, this Opera in the Park production will be enhanced by a narrator giving short breakdowns of the story, and English translations of the Italian text will be available by QR code on each attendee’s smartphone.
